Coastguard’s Cottage re-opening in September
Are you ready for the big news? We couldn’t be more excited to reveal that our Coastguard’s Cottage has finally opened its doors again! After months of hard work and extensive remodeling, DOMstay&live is ready to step into a new chapter for this beloved seaside home in Camber.
September is all about that “back-to-school” feeling and so we, in a similar spirit, are getting ready to welcome guests again at the Coastguard's Cottage. With a brand new kitchen and dining area and several changes in the garden, bedrooms, and bathrooms, the redesign has truly become one of our favorite projects so far. There is so much to explore! From the white enamel woodburner that the kitchen now emanates from, the tongue and groove walls all around the house, or the new morning room, it has truly become such a magical, cosy space.
Almost 10 years after the original renovation, we felt like it was time for a breath of fresh air. Worry not though, because there are still many aspects of the design that have been kept to emphasize the property’s authentic character and quirks. Do you want to go on a seaside adventure?
