How do I book a DOMstay property?

Please have a look at the booking calendar on each property’s page. Select your desired dates and request to book. Our team will approve the request and contact you with details, as soon as your booking is confirmed.

My group is larger than the suggested capacity. Is that okay?

Unfortunately, we are not able to facilitate groups larger than the suggested capacity stated for each property. No party, event nor gathering may take place at the property which exceeds the maximum agreed occupancy numbers at the property.

Can we check-in earlier? Can we check-out later?

 We offer a late-checkout service on Sundays, allowing guests to leave by 8 pm, for an additional charge of 100 pounds.

We are traveling with children. What items do you provide?

Unfortunately, we do not provide any children's items, such as cots, high chairs, stairgates, or any other children's equipment.

After what age are children considered part of the suggested capacity?

Children over the age of 2 will count as part of the number of guests for your booking. Please make sure that you do not exceed the specified capacity.

We are traveling with pets. What do I need to know?

Pets are allowed but please confirm with us before you book. Please do not leave them unattended and be attentive about cleaning. Pets may not be taken to the property unless they have been booked-in with us and confirmed in writing.

Can we organize a professional film or photo shoot at the property?

Yes, all our locations are available for shoots. Please do not book as a guest. Instead, get in touch with our team at hello@domstay.com for additional information and rates.

Can we invite some of our friends for a party?

No party, event nor gathering may take place at the property which exceeds the maximum agreed occupancy numbers at the property. Failure to adhere to this may result in additional charges or removal from the property immediately.

Where is the hot tub?

Unfortunately, we do not provide any hot tubs in our properties.

Where is the cutlery?

Cutlery is always located in the top drawer in our kitchens. Please note that our drawers are split in two compartments, with the utensils and cutlery being in the top one.

Where is the fire extinguisher?

The fire extinguishers are located in 2 locations at each property and fire blankets can be found in the kitchen. Additionally, medical supplies can be found in the kitchen drawer. Please check upon arrival.

Where is the electric charge for cars?

Unfortunately, we do not provide any charging points for electric cars, you are however welcome to plug your vehicle to the property’s main electrical supply.

What is the process of renting a DOMlive property?

If you are interested in renting one of our DOMlive properties, please get in touch with our team at hello@domstay.com so you can be added on the waiting list. The process can be quite long, but that will secure a good spot in the viewing process when a property becomes available.

Can I commision DOMdesign to design my property?

Although rarely, we do accept commissions for interesting developments that may fit our brand. Please get in touch with design@domstay.com with a detailed description of your projects (incl. location, budget, photos and scope of works).
