Marta Nowicka - Founder & Creative Director

Marta graduated from Kingston University with a degree in Interior Architecture. After working for several top architecture practices in London, she co-founded her first design studio “Nowicka Stern” in 1993 and then “Marta Nowicka & Co” a decade later. In 2017, having an ever-growing property portfolio led to the creation of DOMstay&live, which describes exactly what Marta offers - to either stay or live in her portfolio of homes. Marta’s key role is designer, however, she’s very involved in every aspect of the design business and brings her great love of art and architecture into every space.

Marta is also involved in education and believes that it is important to give back to the community. Having been teaching her entire career, she was a Course Leader at London Metropolitan University, Senior Lecturer at Birmingham City University and Kingston University , and most recently, Senior Lecturer at the Royal College of Art.

Voytek Ketz - Head of Photography

Born in Poland, Voytek originally graduated from Krakow University with a degree in Economics, before moving to New York in the 90s to explore the buzzing metropolis. There his love for photography and art grew further, and eventually, he moved to London to study Photojournalism and embark upon a career in the music and art industries.

In the last few years, Voytek’s work has a strong focus on landscape and prominent architectural projects in Europe and all over the world. At DOM he operates as our lead photographer and is responsible for shooting a wide array of architecture and lifestyle stories for the DOMjournal and our social media platforms. His work has also been featured in Dezeen, World Interiors News and Grand Designs among many publications

Dimitris Karagiannakis - Brand and Editorial Manager

Dimitris has a BA in Architecture and a MA in Fashion Design from the Royal College of Art and works at the intersection of design and brand development. His experience in different industries allows him to understand the identifiers of a good brand and focus on forward-thinking ideas. He is responsible for setting DOM’s brand and editorial direction, overseeing content and social strategy and making sure our values are communicated across all company’s channels.

Dimitris was onboard at DOMstay in 2021, to help bring the company to the next chapter of its development. Together with the DOMteam, they ensure that the brand is growing in the right direction while creating a positive impact and introducing people to good design and architecture.

Marianna - PR & Communication Consultant

Marianna is DOM’s PR consultant, advising on our communication and PR strategy and implementation and helping them develop their business by sharing their unique stories in a dynamic way. With 20 years’ experience, Marianna’s informed approach enables her to create bespoke communication strategies that consistently meet the brands’ overall objectives, balancing a flair for storytelling with a discreet, results-driven philosophy.

Marianna has experience working with both international companies and creative individuals. As a committed member of the DOMfamily,  she embarks on a collaborative journey, providing the team with the tools they need to grow the business.

Anna is the most recent member of our family, working closely with the DOMdesign team to assist with drawing packages, research, and visualizations across a variety of architecture and interior design projects. After graduating with a degree in Interior Architecture from Kingston University in 2021, she began an internship programme at the company and is continuing her training as Marta’s assistant.

Anna admires sustainable, adaptive-reuse architectural solutions and contemporary sustainable homes, making her a natural fit for DOMstay’s design ethos. Her calm and hard-working approach makes her an invaluable addition to the team.

Anna Plotnikova - DOMdesign Assistant

Lucas provides copywriting support for DOMstay, ensuring that all channels of communication are held to a high standard of professionalism, while also maintaining email correspondance with clients, suppliers, contractors and legal or financial consultants. As a member of our family, he is also invonveled in the creation of content for the DOMjournal and the DOMstay House Guides.

In addition, Lucas is responsible for providing technical support for the team, ensuring that operations run smoothly on the website and booking service providers, and other IT-related issues.
