As you enter, you will immediately notice the beautiful blend of exposed brick walls of the Victorian building with modern details in concrete, metal, and glass. This mix echoes the space’s history as an industrial warehouse but imbues new life into the design that is sure to impress. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

Both bedrooms are at the back to ensure a quiet environment and are both accessible to people with mobility issues from the main entrance. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a built-in desk that runs along the wall under the window and doubles as a vanity. The ensuite shower room features wall-to-wall mirrors and concrete floors that create a contemporary, pared-back look. The second bedroom offers a double bed next to a little courtyard to enjoy your coffee or glass of wine in good weather. A second bathroom is available, with a large, double-sided tub for those who enjoy a romantic soak.

Certainly, a highlight is the living room downstairs, which exudes a cosy, den-like feeling - perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring! Taking a cue from our neighbouring Barbican, the space features concrete walls with recessed lights that emphasise the material’s natural texture for an industrial-chic look (note the open staircase from oxidized iron). A floating bench around the room creates a layered landscape and becomes a large desk under a skylight, while the monochrome sofas complete the look with soft cushions to sit back and watch a movie on the 55’ TV.
