Casa Olivi / Le Marche, Italy

A converted farmhouse that never fails to impress with its sophisticated minimalist interiors and views of the surrounding blooming hills.

In the gorgeous Le Marche region of central Italy, between vivid green hills and blooming fields lies Casa Olivi. This remodeled farmhouse was brilliantly converted by Swiss architect duo Wespi and de Meuron into a stunning 5-bedroom villa with a contemporary minimal interior that showcases the beauty of its natural materials. Keeping the shell untouched, the design team focused on transforming the inside with smart solutions that maximize space and neutral colors that bring a sense of calmness and serenity

Combining the best of Italy, from tradition to modernity, the villa is a mix of all the talents found in this specific region and the very best of the international design market. The house has five en-suite bedrooms, four of which are spread across the three floors of the main building and an additional one in the independent guest house. Casa Olivi has everything you could expect in such a luxurious villa, from signature furnishings to a state-of-the-art kitchen with stainless steel countertops. Incomparable, however, is the outside area with the magnificent infinity pool with views of the entire region. And of course, there is also a tiled patio, equipped with a Japanese grill and outdoor seating area, for those summer nights spent outside!
