Located in the heart of Tuscany near Asciano, Villa Ferranessi is a beautiful Tuscan-style farmhouse with all the luxuries of a modern villa. After half a century of decline, this gorgeous property was rebuilt into a holiday home with a minimalist, modern interior that perfectly matches the simplicity of a country house. This 19th-century home consists of five adjoining buildings with access to a traditional Tuscan courtyard and a pool that is overlooking the hills and valleys of the region. 

“La vita è bella” is the main part of this ancient Tuscan farm, suitable for up to eight people. On the ground floor, you can find a large dining room and well-equipped kitchen, the main living room, and a library with a multimedia collection. Four bedrooms are located in the first floor, each with a separate bathroom. “La strada” is a smaller house on the same property, perfect for four to five people. With two bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as a large living room, kitchen, and private garden, it is a great place for families or small groups of friends looking to explore Tuscany. Three more units can also be found in different parts of the farmhouse, and with one or two bedrooms they are an ideal solution for smaller groups that don’t want to miss out on the experience.
